How do I return or exchange an item?
DSGN BRAND uses a 14 day cooling-off period. In the 14-day cooling-off period it is possible to send your product back and refund your money or exchange your product for a different size or color. This is only possible if the product is unworn and is returned with original packaging and ticket. Shipping costs by customer.

What do I do when my product is damaged?
When your product is damaged please contact our customer service at info@dsgnbrand.com. After conformation you can return the product back to us. We will send you a new product free of charge.
